This notice explains how Tantycare handles personal information shared through this website. Tantycare is based in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, and is operated by founders Dayan Graham and Mike Sinkis.
What we collect
When you contact us or arrange a call, you may provide your name, email address, and anything you choose to share about what you would like to discuss.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand the reason for your interest in Tantycare, arrange a conversation, and keep an appropriate record of that conversation. We do not sell your information or add it to an unrelated marketing list.
Please keep first contact general
Please do not send medical records, identification documents, payment details, or urgent health information through scheduling questions or email. The conversation is not an emergency or clinical service.
Who may handle it
Your enquiry is handled by Tantycare's founders. We use Google Workspace for email, Calendly for scheduling, and Vercel for website hosting and privacy-friendly website analytics. These providers process information only as needed to provide those services. We otherwise share information only when you ask us to or when required by law. Each provider has its own privacy terms.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, continue a relationship you have asked us to pursue, meet legal obligations, or resolve a concern. We take reasonable organisational and technical steps to protect it, but no email or internet service is completely risk-free.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where appropriate. Email hello@tantycare.com. You can also learn about data-protection rights from the Cayman Islands Ombudsman.

We may update this notice as the service and the tools used by this website change. The date above will show the latest revision.
